You should be a registered company in Salalah Port, Online payment will be available for those who have access to the Port of Salalah customer cuatomercwebsite portal.
You can apply for registration in Salalah Port through the Customer portal through the following link: https://customerportal.salalahport.com/Customer/Register
i)You will need to fill the registration request screen in customer portal. Kindly refer to the following help link. https://customerportal.salalahport.com/Home/Help#Registration ii)       Once registration request received. You will be contacted by our customer care agent to guide you through the registration process.
No, online payment system can be only used for payment type of cash.
You can do a maximum of 50 transactions through each device.
The maximum total amount that can be paid per day is 5001 Omani riyals either for one transaction or for multiple transactions through each device
Daily Maximum Transaction amount per card 5001.
You must send a refund request to customercare@salalahport.com including all the details of the transaction. You may refer to Salalah port refund policy through the following link: https://customerportal.salalahport.com/Home/RefundPolicy
You must run your transactions through a new device.
Unless for certain circumstances, you must use the online payment system because the gate team will not process any manual transaction for those who can use the online payment.
